Whats new on the iPad2

They didn’t specify the camera resolution nor the RAM

OK so if for whatever reason you cant get your EVO to boot and this might had happened due to flashing another ROM or boot-loader etc.

• Charge the battery to 100%
• Take the battery out and place it back in
• Power the phone on by pressing both the power and VOL Down
• Connect the USB cable to both the phone and your PC
• Wait a few seconds and browse to “Fastboot” and press the Power button
• The word “Fastboot” should be colored red now.
• Download the latest RUU exeutable from http://shipped-roms.com/shipped/Supersonic/
• Start the program and follow the instructions.

This will erase the whole phone and force a clean restore of original files.

P.S. I tried to get my EVO back to a working state for over a day before finally doing this. I tried every trick and every forum suggestion out there with no luck

Errors like cant write Hboot, etc

For any of you that have a Samsung Intercept on VM running Android 2.1 and its feels sluggish and slow. This guide will erase the phone and install a Sprint software image on it. This isn’t for the faint of heart, following this guide might leave your cellphone bricked as in…. as useful as a brick.

I made this guide so I could quickly upgrade my friends phones and have all files required and instructions on one site.

Download this file and unzip it

Steps:

1.0  Install the Samsung software
2.0  Install the update to the software
2.1  Reboot your PC
2.2  Delete  ’SPH-M900_MR2_DE03_REL_1.tar.md5′ from ‘C:\Program Files\Samsung Electronics\SWUpgrade\Models\Binary\’
2.3  Copy ‘SPH-M910_MR_DF27_REL_156.tar’ file to ‘Binary’ folder. Make sure thats the only file in the folder!
2.4  Run SWUpgrade to update phone with new software
2.5  Copy  ’Update.zip’ to SD card on phone. Power phone off
2.6  Press VOL Down, End call, call, at same time follow menus to update from from Update.zip file
2.7  Install  Voicemail Notifier
3.0  Copy ‘SlapKernel-v1.1.tar’ to ‘Binary’ folder and run SWUprade make sure thats the only file on the folder.
3.1  Remove Sprint Software with newly installed program

I’m sure this has happened to others…. you’re shooting an event and you think everything is going swell and then you notice the mode dial on your camera is not on your intended mode. Instead of being on “Av” its on “B” or “M” now you begin to quietly freak out because you fear the photos you just took will look horrible…. this can happen from just letting the camera body rub against your body or my mere handling the camera.

So Canon is offering an upgrade that swaps out the mode dial to a version that you must press down in order to change mode. I think its a great idea its just too pricey…. $100 per body. Click the link below for info:
